Forms of payment
We accept the following forms of payment: all major credit and charge cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interact, wire transfer, e-Transfer, cheque.
Payment terms
Orders valued at less than $10,000 must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
Orders valued at $10,000 or more are eligible for the following payment terms:
- 50% deposit due at the time of placing the order
- 50% remaining balance due prior to completion (an order cannot be picked up or delivered until payment has been received in full)
- Orders with payment terms must be paid by wire transfer, e-transfer or cheque. Credit card payments will not be accepted for either payment.
Delivery
We partner with third party companies to offer both national shipping and local White Glove Delivery. White Glove Delivery includes delivery, desired placement inside, garbage disposal and assembly (except for beds). There is an additional charge of $95 per bed for bed assembly.
Your order will be delivered once all items have arrived and are ready for delivery. If items in your order arrive at different dates, multiple deliveries can be accommodated for an additional delivery fee.
Pick ups
Orders can be picked up from our retail store located at 851 Homer Street in Vancouver.
Please contact us ahead of time to confirm a pick up day and time.
Storage
An order is considered 'Ready for Completion' once all items in the order have arrived in Vancouver and are ready to be picked up or delivered. At this point we will store the order for you at no cost for 30 days. After 30 days the order will be subject to a storage fee based on the amount of space it occupies. The storage rate is $6.99 / sq. ft / month, prorated to the number of days that additional storage is required.
