The Oiva teapot features the Musta Tamma pattern. The teapot has a ceramic strainer and a wooden handle and peg on the lid. We recommend washing this product by hand.

The teapot is made of whiteware and it features wooden parts made of certified maple wood.

Please remove the sticker from the bottom of the product before use. The sticker contains a small amount of metal.

This product celebrates the Year of the Horse and features the New Year stamp on the bottom.

The product is packed in the Marimekko Logo pattern box.

The Musta tamma pattern reflects Maija Isola’s recollections of her childhood, when she often imagined that she was running free in the woods together with a big herd of horses.

Special Care Advice:
Hand wash only. Using a ceramic teapot on a stove or a cooktop is not recommended. Do not soak wooden parts in water. Coating wooden parts with oil is recommended. You may use oils made specifically for wood or a vegetable cooking oil. To apply, wipe on liberally with a rag. Let set for 30 minutes, and then remove the excess. Reapply as needed.
