Pick-Up

All orders can be picked up for free from our retail store located at 851 Homer Street in downtown Vancouver.

If an item is in-stock, we'll ship it to you as soon as possible (usually within one business day) unless you request otherwise.

If we don't have an item in-stock, we'll order it in from the supplier. Lead times vary by supplier. In some cases, items may be backordered in which case they'll take longer to arrive. Below are the standard lead times:

Alessi: 6-8 weeks
Blu Dot: 4-6 weeks
Chilewich: 4-6 weeks
Kartell: 12-16 weeks (coming from Italy)

If your order is not available to be shipped right away, we will contact you to provide an ETA, and you can change or cancel your order if you're not satisfied with the lead time.
